Pre-project analyses

Comprehensive preliminary studies and feasibility assessments prior to pipeline project implementation. Route, layout and material optimisation for energy and industrial installations.

Piping flexibility analysis

FEM-based stress and flexibility analyses. Assessment of thermal, mechanical and dynamic stresses in accordance with EN, ASME and sector-specific energy standards.

Executive & as-built designs

Complete executive and as-built technical documentation compliant with industry standards. Isometrics, P&ID diagrams, material lists - for the energy and industrial sectors.

3D laser scanning

Precision laser scanning of existing industrial and energy installations. Generation of high-resolution point clouds as the basis for further design work.

3D installation modelling

Creation of accurate digital models of piping installations based on scans and documentation. PDMS, SP3D, E3D formats. Complete as-built documentation for asset management.

Automation and control algorythms

Expert automation support at all project stages. Analysis and verification of control logics, also in terms of compliance with IRiESP requirements and the EU network code NC-RfG.

Engineering with passion

The company Energy Piping Design sp. z o.o. began operations in 2025 as a member of the EPK GROUP.

The Company’s expertise and experience are based on the many years of experience of its design team and management staff, who come from BSPiR ENERGOPROJEKT-KATOWICE SA, the leader of the EPK GROUP.

Today, EPD is a Team of specialized engineers who carry out more than a dozen projects each year for the energy, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.
